Raw, unfiltered, single-region honey gathered from the wild blooms of southeast Georgia — blackberry, gallberry and tupelo — and bottled exactly as it came out of the hive. Bold and full-flavoured, with blackberry and gallberry coming through first and a long, rounded finish. A honey with real depth rather than plain sweetness. Raw and unfiltered. Never heated.
